The principal shareholder of AMP is the Lagardere group, via his subsidiary company Lagardère Services (LS). LS is present at the United States, in Canada, in Germany, in Poland, in Spain, in Central Europe, Switzerland and, of course, France. 

Besides national press publications, AMP is also responsible for a significant share of foreign press distribution.

Accordingly, AMP distributes some 300 newspaper titles and more than 5,000 magazines. All these publications are supplied to 6,100 points of sale (independent newsagents, newspaper stands, home deliverers, Press Shop, Relay, superstores, service stations, etc.).

We also supply around 18,000 different book titles through our (Dutch) AMP Boek and (French) AMP Livre departments.

AMP's activities also include :

• the sale of phone cards through the subsidiary Alvadis
• the sale and developing of photographs in cooperation with Press Labo Service
• 24h delivery of 3 SUISSES-packages
